However, if you’re having trouble pairing your earbuds, try the following steps:- Switch on your Bluetooth audio device, go to Bluetooth settings and make sure that Bluetooth is enabled. Select TAGG Liberty Buds Pro in the list of available devices. Your device will now be connected to the TWS. If this doesn’t work, try the following:- Turn off your audio device and then turn it back on. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and ‘Forget’ or ‘Remove’ the TAGG Liberty Buds Pro. Try to pair TAGG Liberty Buds Pro again. If you still have a problem in pairing your device, try resetting your earbuds. See ‘How do I reset my TAGG Liberty Buds Pro?’
If you’re experiencing issues such as audio distortion or connectivity issues with your TAGG Liberty Buds Pro, then you must try resetting the earbuds. Try the following steps to reset your earbuds:- A complete factory reset of your Earbuds. To reset your earbuds, please first ‘Forget’ or ‘Remove’ your TAGG Liberty Buds Pro from your Bluetooth list from an already connected device list. First, ensure that you turn off the earbuds by long-pressing it until the Red LED blinks. Once the earbuds turn off, long-press the earbuds for at least 10 seconds. Red LED will blink therefore the earbuds are entering into the pairing mode. Put the earbuds back in the dock. Now, search for TAGG Liberty Buds Pro from the available Bluetooth devices. Connect the earbuds and enjoy your music experience. If you continue to have an issue even after trying the following steps, please drop a mail at support@taggdigital.com and our team will assist you with the concern.

Yes, you can change the tracks through earpieces. The multi-function button of TAGG Liberty Buds Pro allows you to change the tracks by pressing on the multi-function button. To play/pause the music, tap the multi-function button once; to play the previous track, double-tap the left earbud.
