Try the following steps to reset your earbuds:- A complete factory reset of your EarbudsTo reset your earbuds, please first ‘Forget’ or ‘Remove’ your TAGG Liberty from your Bluetooth list from an already connected device list. First, ensure that you turn off the earbuds by long-pressing it until Red LED blinks.Once the earbuds turn off, long-press the earbuds for at least 10 seconds. Red & Green LED will blink therefore the earbuds are entering into the pairing mode. Put the earbuds back in the dock. Now, search for Liberty from the available Bluetooth devices. Connect the earbuds and enjoy your music experience.
