The TAGG warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the TAGG products and is non- transferable.
The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category and is at the sole discretion of TAGG.
Warranty services of TAGG can only be availed by presenting a valid proof of purchase by the customers.
Customers can visit the TAGG support page to register a warranty service request via multiple modes depending on their residence pincodes. The modes of service offered to the customer is at the sole discretion of TAGG.
TAGG warranty applies only for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions as mentioned in the manual and the purpose for which the product was designed.
TAGG warranty coverage shall only be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
TAGG shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
TAGG will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest to its customers, in cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
If the TAGG product is not used/handled as per the manual comes with the product at the time of purchase.
If the TAGG products presented for warranty support are more than the warranty timespan mentioned above from the date of purchase mentioned in the proof of purchase. For certain product categories, support services shall be provided on chargeable basis as out-of-warranty cases.
If there are any damage to the product due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, liquid spillage of any kind on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use and defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
Any issues related look and feel, colour, intentional physical damage, low sound quality due to the accumulation of dust and dirt, deterioration of the aesthetic components due to regular wear & tear and usage.
Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
The customer can cancel/ return only one time the product within 10 days and the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
To initiate refund, login to your account once you have received the product. Click on the Return button in 'Manage your Order' section.
There may be a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
A customer can ask for a refund if the specification of product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the website. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by TAGG.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
