International orders that are below Rs. 7500 (approx. $100) – In the countries where EMS shipping facility is available, a shipping amount of Rs 250 approx is applicable. $3.5) will be applicable on orders.. For international orders of Rs.7500 and above, no shipping charges will be applicable on shipments dispatched via EMS shipping facility. In case EMS shipping facility is not available for some countries, we make sure that the orders are dispatched via reputed International Express Shipping service providers such as FedEx, DHL, Ecom, UPS, Sequel.
It is possible to avail EMS shipping service in over 200 countries/territories including India, UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa, Algeria, Morocco. It takes almost 9-12 days to deliver the package and it is trackable.
For Express shipments, reputed Express delivery services (such as FedEx, DHL, E-com, UPS, Sequel) that deliver within 5-7 days (and are mostly trackable) are used.

What do you mean by Days to Dispatch? (How long will it take to ship my order?)

Days of Dispatch means the number of days we take to prepare your package and hand it over to the courier company. Each product page clearly mentions the days of dispatch. It will vary based on the product(s) you purchase. However, a product will typically take 4-5 days to get delivered.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

The date of dispatch is dependent on the product(s) that you purchase and this date will be mentioned on the product page. Products where date of dispatch is not mentioned will be dispatched in 2 working days. In case of any queries or doubts, please drop us a mail at support@taggdigital.com.

Is the shipment safe?

All our shipments are packaged in tamper-evident and durable packaging (the packaging is similar to that of eCommerce leaders in India). Also, we insure all our shipments. The insurance cost will be included in our shipping costs, and no extra charge needs to be paid.

Is it possible to track my shipment?

Your shipment can be tracked online. Reputed couriers like FedEx, DHL, E com, Aramex, etc. are used to ship products within India. You will receive an email with the Tracking ID and instructions to guide you, as soon as the shipment gets dispatched from our office.

Will there be any additional costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no hidden costs. The amount mentioned at the time of placing the order and on your order receipt is what the product costs you. The company will pay any applicable octroi, etc.

Is FREE SHIPPING applicable to certain countries?

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE is provided for orders above INR 7500 INR (approx USD 100 as on 01-October-2020). (Note: Express Courier like FedEx, Aramex, etc. are used to deliver these shipments and typically take 6-8 days to deliver)

What Shipping Options can I choose from?

We offer Free Express Shipping Worldwide for orders above INR 7500. For orders that are below this amount, shipping charges are applicable as 250 INR per order. Please note that certain courier companies have restrictions on carrying certain types of battery products outside India. In such cases, the orders are dispatched from the next best courier, or through the alternate express shipper EMS SpeedPost which does not have such restrictions (takes upto 5-15 days to deliver). This usually affects a small number of orders and courier policies may vary with time. Please feel free to contact our customer support team before placing your order to know the situation at that time.

Note: It may not be possible to track Postal shipments in some cases. However, it is possible to track All Express Shipments online.

What about Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?

Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT, custom charges, duties etc. that a particular country may be charging. These are beyond our reach as they vary from case to case. You should contact your local customs to seek any clarification. You can also feel free to contact us as we may have some older experiences from customers to share.

For international orders that AFTER dispatch are either cancelled or refused by the customer, he himself will be liable to pay all VAT and customs duties charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after the item is received by us, any balance due to the customer, excluding all custom duties, fees and VAT, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.
