We build our products to last. To the original owner, we guarantee and warrant our TAGG products against any defects in material or workmanship for as for long as you use the product. All TAGG products come with 12 months full warranty from the date of its original purchase.

Here's a summary of how the process works:

  • Submit the warranty claim form with valid information.
  • Receive an email with shipping instructions.
  • Ship your TAGG product through the courier of your choice.
  • Receive a package with your replacement product.
  • Complete process might take upto 7-10 days.
*Note: Original proof of purchase may be required to complete your warranty service request.

Warranty Terms:

During the Warranty Period, TAGG will repair or replace (at TAGG's sole discretion) this product or any defective parts (“Warranty Service”). If repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, TAGG may choose to refund to you the purchase price paid for the affected product. Repair or replacement under the terms of this Warranty does not give right to any extension or a new beginning of the period of warranty.

The following information must be presented to obtain Warranty Service: (a) the product, (b) proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the dealer, the date of purchase and the product type, and (c) reason for return. As part of GN’s efforts to reduce environmental waste you understand that the product may consist of reconditioned equipment that contains used components, some of which have been reworked. The used components all live up to TAGG’s high quality standards and comply with TAGG’s product performance and reliability specifications. You understand that replaced parts or components will become the property of TAGG.

Limitation of Warranty:

This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and will automatically terminate prior to expiration if this product is sold or otherwise transferred to another party. The warranty provided by GN in this statement applies only to products purchased for use, and not for resale. It does not apply to open box purchases, which are sold “as is” and without any warranty. Specifically exempt from warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear, such as microphone windscreens, ear cushions, modular plugs, ear tips, decorative finishes, batteries, and other accessories. This Warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number, date code label, or product label has been altered or removed from the product.

In addition, the following are excluded from TAGG warranty cover:

  • Products purchased as 2nd hand or used
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailer and distributor
  • Damage resulted from misuse and abusive action
  • Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, poison, liquid
  • Damage resulted from natural disaster
  • Damage caused to any 3rd party / person / device and beyond

TAGG strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of Your Personal Information and to protect Your Personal Information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. For this purpose, TAGG digital adopts internal reviews of the data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we stores Your personal data. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, we  shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of Your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below). A "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of TAGG and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.
